Key Responsibilities for Recruiters:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various open positions, assisting clients in finding, hiring, and retaining quality candidates.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand division hiring needs and job specifications.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and candidate outreach to engage top talent.
- Develop market intelligence and cultivate long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Partner with account managers to present qualified candidates to clients for placement opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and during contract employment.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, organization, and the ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior recruiting experience required
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Must be able to commute to our office in Tampa, FL
