Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Venice, FL, for a Construction Superintendent. The role involves overseeing all aspects of active construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with project specifications and standards. Responsibilities include maintaining the construction timeline, managing site personnel and resources, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating with project stakeholders, and monitoring budgets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Site Management and enforcing Construction Safety practices
- Pre-Engineered Metal Building Construction experience
- Strong Organization Skills to manage site logistics and project documentation
- Knowledge of Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, communication, and team coordination
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
- Ability to lead teams with clarity and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
