What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sky Zone Court Monitor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have a safe and unforgettable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supervising trampoline courts and enforcing safety rules with a smile.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they’re having a blast while staying safe.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with any guest needs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized court area.
• Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or similar role.
