What You’ll Do

As a GLOW Night Court Monitor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a safe and enjoyable time during our high-energy GLOW events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring trampoline courts and enforcing safety rules to maintain a secure environment.
• Communicating effectively with Team Leads and guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Providing friendly and professional assistance to guests throughout their visit.
• Participating in safety training, including First Aid, to be prepared for any situation.
• Helping to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for candidates who bring energy, responsibility, and a commitment to safety. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences.
• Willingness to participate in safety training provided by NEW Sky Zone.
