Skyview Dental is hiring a Hygiene Dental Assistant in Alamogordo, NM to join our patient-focused dental team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position ideal for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and passionate about delivering excellent dental care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dental hygienist during cleanings and procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments

• Take dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)

• Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dental office

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Hygiene Assistant preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment

• Willingness to learn new skills and grow professionally

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
