Currently, our office is seeking a Hygiene Coordinator for our practice in Alamogordo, NM! The ideal candidate would maintain a positive/upbeat personality, have the ability to multitask well and be comfortable with computers and technology!
Duties/Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize the hygiene schedule for hygienists to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Make, confirm, and adjust appointments using client recall list to minimize gaps and maximize time.
Proactively fill cancellations and no-shows from a quick-fill list to keep the schedule productive.
Implement and monitor production block scheduling, reviewing the schedule daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure optimal workflow.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Prior Hygiene Coordination experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to be a team-player and communicate effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent
