The client is looking for A Field Services Delivery Lead who can manage on-site technical teams, ensuring timely, high-quality customer support by overseeing work assignments, performance, client satisfaction, and resource allocation, acting as a bridge between field technicians and stakeholders, and solving escalated issues to drive service excellence and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor field technicians, fostering collaboration and resolving team conflicts.
- Service Delivery: Oversee daily operations, manage work orders, track service metrics (KPIs), and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact, manage expectations, conduct client reviews, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Problem & Escalation Management: Handle escalated technical and operational issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize field operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide status updates to stakeholders, flagging risks and variances in delivery schedules.
Core Skills & Qualifications
4 to 5 years experience as a Field Services Delivery Lead
Stores Experience Required
Proven leadership in technical or field service environments.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Relevant degree and/or certifications ( ITIL) often preferred.
Salary : $25 - $27
