AI Program Coordinator

Sky States LLC is a US-based EdTech platform helping students and professionals build practical skills in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud Computing, and Python. Our programs combine expert mentorship, hands-on projects, and industry-focused learning to prepare learners for successful technology careers.

Sky States LLC is looking for an AI Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of our AI and Data Science training programs.

In this role, you will work closely with instructors, mentors, and learners to ensure classes run smoothly, learning resources remain organized, and students receive a high-quality educational experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in education, technology, and program management.

• Coordinate daily operations of AI and Data Science programs.

• Work with instructors to organize class schedules and learning materials.

• Monitor learner progress and assist with academic or technical concerns.

• Coordinate live sessions, workshops, and project reviews.

• Maintain accurate program records using CRM and internal tools.

• Assist with onboarding new learners.

• Communicate with students regarding schedules, assignments, and important updates.

• Collaborate with admissions and student success teams.

• Collect learner feedback and recommend improvements.

• Help create an engaging and positive learning experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or online education.

• Previous experience in program coordination, education, customer success, or operations is preferred.
