Sky Nova, Inc is looking for a field-ready Entry Level Sales Associate to join our growing AT&T Fiber outreach team in Cleveland, OH and nearby cities. In this position, you will operate as a core part of a structured field crew that moves through residential neighborhoods across the greater Cleveland market to promote AT&T Fiber services while helping strengthen the company's presence in an increasingly competitive market.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will play an active role in connecting customers with high-speed fiber internet solutions. You will canvas fiber-qualified leads in-person, and market AT&T’s 100% fiber-optic internet with brand confidence. You will support face-to-face outreach initiatives, guide customers through service options, and contribute to local market growth by delivering informative and solution-focused interactions.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate at Sky Nova, Inc, you will:
- Market AT&T Fiber services directly to potential customers with the energy and professionalism the AT&T brand demands at every single touchpoint
- Initiate direct, face-to-face conversations with customers to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Explain fiber internet features, service benefits, and available options through clearly.
- Drive new AT&T Fiber enrollments by moving residents from initial interest to confirmed sign-up during live crew outreach sessions.
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process while maintaining accurate records.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of AT&T Fiber offers to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in territory activities designed to enhance overall market penetration
Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Team player who understands that team goals are as important as personal goals.
- Strong communication skills with an interest in market development
- Organized and dependable with the ability to juggle multiple priorities within a growing market
- Physically comfortable working outdoors engaging in face-to-face conversations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to contribute consistently in a performance-oriented market environment

Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month
