What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry-Level Sales Associate position at WCI?
We are a new marketing and sales firm in the Cleveland area. We have been able to grow by 100% already in the 1st quarter of 2026 and are looking to add 5 new team members by the end of 2026. We represent different clients in the NJ area to increase their profit sharing and decrease their overhead. Our aim is to continue to provide great client retention and customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales revenue.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the telecom needs of commercial clients, providing expert recommendations and solutions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts between clients and customers to secure the best terms and pricing.
- Territory management taught through training with a mix of self-generated and existing client lead
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed of energy trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients outlining energy options and benefits.
- Collaborate with teams to network and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
