- Experience leading or supervising painting crews.
- Communicating with project managers or supervisors.
- Knowledge of different paint types, application techniques, and surface preparation methods.
- Proven experience as a commercial painter
- Understanding safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Potentially managing materials and equipment.
