Responsibilities

- Develop and implement training programs to foster team development and improve performance.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding budgeting and financial planning.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to build a strong team capable of delivering high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated skills in team management, training development, and leadership are essential.
- Proficient in budgeting and retail math to drive financial success within the store.
