Position Overview
The Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding first impression, managing client flow, and increasing sales through consultative product and service recommendations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and has strong customer service and sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Check clients in/out, schedule appointments, and manage daily booking flow.
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and upscale front desk and lobby area.
- Educate clients on spa services, membership options, policies, and pre/post-care instructions.
Sales & Revenue Support
- Recommend appropriate services, treatment plans, and retail products based on client needs.
- Process product sales, membership enrollments, and package purchases.
- Maintain product knowledge on all treatments, skincare lines, and promotions.
- Assist in executing sales promotions, follow-up campaigns, and client retention initiatives.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Handle payment processing and maintain accurate records.
- Work with providers to ensure smooth client handoffs.
- Update CRM/spa management software with detailed notes.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products.
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
