What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate in Healthcare position at Peak Performance Therapy Center?
Full time position open at our award winning, "Best on the Peninsula", medical office for a receptionist. Must be skilled with customer service, multi-tasking, detail oriented, and professional in appearance and demeanor. Medical terminology knowledge would be a plus. The job includes answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting payments, patient registration and other miscellaneous duties.
We are looking for a long-term employee to add to our awesome team. High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-year medical office experience preferred.
Monday through Friday, 40-hour week. Comprehensive benefits package included.
