Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, identifying patterns, and turning raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
You will play a key role in analyzing loan performance, underwriting data, and operational metrics to support lending strategy and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets related to loan applications, approvals, and performance
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within lending data
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Assist in underwriting analysis and risk assessment models
- Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support data-driven decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role (internships included)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (required); experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
