We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team at a small, 8-bed Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF). Our home-like setting allows staff to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing high-quality, person-centered care.
Position Summary
As a Personal Care worker you will support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and safety in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Administer medications (training provided if not already certified)
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Monitor resident health and report changes to the appropriate staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Complete documentation accurately and timely
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Qualifications
Experience in caregiving, CBRF, assisted living, or healthcare preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
Ability to pass background check and meet Wisconsin CBRF requirements
Medication Administration, First Aid/CPR, and Fire Safety certifications preferred or willing to obtain
