Job Description:

Sky Dine is seeking a dynamic and motivated Gift Shop Supervisor to lead our team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal product availability
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with management and vendors to enhance the store's offerings and promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the airport's busy schedule
