Responsibilities of a Guest Services Representative
- Welcome guests with a smile and a professional attitude as a Guest Services Representative at the front desk.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for each visitor.
- Answer guest questions about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- As a Guest Services Representative, handle guest concerns or complaints with care and escalate when necessary.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage reservations.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
What We Look For in a Guest Services Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Guest Services Representative, front desk clerk, or similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
