Skunk River Block & Pallet is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dependable full-time Production Worker to build, repair, and move pallets and skids, operate equipment, and help the team meet production goals safely and efficiently.
In your role as a Production Worker, you’ll be part of a team assembling, repairing, and refurbishing pallets and skids. You’ll operate hand tools and production equipment while inspecting your work to make sure it meets quality standards. This is a physical, on-your-feet role where your focus, reliability, and ability to work well with others help keep production running smoothly. The hours for this position are 6AM to 3PM with occasional overtime as needed to meet production demands.

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble, repair, and refurbish wooden pallets and skids
- Operate hand tools and basic production equipment (nail guns, saws, hammers, etc.)
- Operate a forklift to move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products
- Inspect pallets and skids for quality and specifications
- Load and unload materials and products as needed
- Stack, sort, and stage pallets and skids for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Demonstrated ability and experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus or ability to obtain)
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 20 to 30 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands and tools throughout the shift
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team
- Manufacturing or pallet industry experience is a plus, but not required
