Description:Seeking a Nurse Practitioner in a freelance contractor role for either Mon-Fri (5 shifts a week) or individual shifts (weekend shifts available as well)Competitive hourly rate ranging from $70-$100 per hourWork will be in the nursing home setting (current available locations are in Exton, PA & Lansdowne, PA) as a PM&R (rehab) consultant providerResponsibilities:Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses as they relate to rehabPerform comprehensive physical examinations of patientsWork closely with therapy and internal medicine team (internal medicine team is primary)Qualifications:Previous experience in PM&R (rehab) or internal medicine or family medicine preferred but not required (new graduates are also encouraged to apply as well)Ability to build rapport with patientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsFlexible schedule with ability to make your own hoursCan be either Mon-Fri (5 shifts a week) or individual shifts (weekend shifts available as well)Shifts are 4-6 hoursCompetitive compensationRegardless of PM&R (rehab) experience training from the attending physician will be provided as needed until you are comfortable working independently (attending physician is always available to assist or discuss cases if needed via phone)
