Position SummaryThe Food Runner plays a key role in delivering a seamless dining experience by ensuring all dishes are quickly and accurately delivered from the kitchen to guests. This position supports both the kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure all plates are presented properly and match ticket orders
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of expo line and dining areas
- Run side work including stocking, polishing, and resetting stations
- Support servers and bartenders as needed to maintain efficient service flow
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to carry multiple plates and remain organized under pressure
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $7.00 per hour 4% of total tips from server sales or tip pool
