We're looking for a Med Spa Assistant Manager – Client Experience & Growth who leads with integrity, takes ownership of results, and genuinely enjoys helping both clients and teammates succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Accountability
- Lead by example through client consultations, service recommendations, and closing
- Drive revenue through memberships, packages, promotions, and rebooking
- Track and improve KPIs such as conversion rate, rebooking, retention, and average spend
- Hold yourself and the team accountable to sales goals and follow-through
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of front desk and sales-focused team members
- Coach team members with clarity, consistency, and respect
- Help create a culture where teammates support one another and step in when needed
- Assist with scheduling, coverage, and daily coordination
Excellence in Client Experience
- Ensure every client feels educated, guided, and cared for—not pressured
- Oversee the full client journey from inquiry to follow-up
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy
Operations & Manager Support
- Assist with implementing and maintaining SOPs related to sales, front desk, and client experience
- Act as Manager-on-Duty when needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Support promotions, campaigns, and new initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in Boulevard or similar systems

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic sales (med spa, wellness, cosmetic, or related field)
- Experience leading or supporting a team strongly preferred
- Proven sales experience and coach others to improve performance
- Strong communication, organization, and people skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Tech-savvy (Boulevard, CRM, scheduling tools a plus)
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Closely located to San Clemente, CA
