Dolce MD, a boutique concierge primary care and luxury medical spa located in the heart of downtown Laguna Beach, is hiring a skilled Medical Assistant to support both clinical care and administrative operations in a dynamic, coastal setting.

Position Highlights:
- Starting at $22/hour, Part time or Full time
- Monday to Friday, occasional weekends as needed
- In-person only, Laguna Beach, CA
Key Qualifications:
- 2 years of Medical Assistant experience (front and back office)
- Proficient in E Clinical Works (ECW) – required
- Skilled in phlebotomy and administering injections
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with insurance coordination and patient scheduling
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing patient flow, appointments, and follow-up care
- Performing blood draws, injections, and assisting with medical spa treatments
- Navigating ECW for charting, billing, and documentation
- Maintaining inventory and supply ordering
- Assisting with marketing efforts and patient education on spa services
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing concierge medical office
