Key Responsibilities
- Water Extraction & Mitigation:
- Perform water removal using pumps, vacuums, and extraction equipment. Set up and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers to ensure proper structural drying.
- Controlled Demolition:
Safely remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, insulation, and cabinetry. Perform selective demolition to expose and address hidden moisture.
- Site Preparation & Safety:
Set up containment barriers and protect unaffected areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.Accurately document moisture readings, job progress, and equipment placement. Take photos and maintain detailed job notes to support communication with project managers and insurance adjusters.Clean and treat affected areas to prevent microbial growth and ensure a safe environment for occupants.Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year in water restoration, construction, or general labor preferred.
- Certifications:
IICRC certifications (such as WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician) are highly preferred, but not required (training may be available for the right candidate).
- Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and remain on your feet for extended periods.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to follow OSHA safety standards.Must be flexible and available for on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, as emergency services are a key part of this role.What We Offer
