A growing, family-owned general contracting company is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Project Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Water Mitigation Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing and overseeing mitigation projects from start to finish. This individual must have a strong understanding of the water mitigation industry, insurance processes, and effective team coordination. Our office is located in Goodyear, bilingual is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage water mitigation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Schedule and dispatch crews based on project needs and timelines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the project
- Prepare and submit insurance claims and documentation accurately and promptly
- Work closely with technicians, subcontractors, and office staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor job progress and maintain detailed records of all projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in water mitigation and restoration services
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims and documentation procedures
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software and job management systems preferred
