What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and execute sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth
• Attract and retain clients through excellent communication and follow-ups
• Upsell skincare treatments and spa services based on client needs
• Train, motivate, and guide front desk or sales support staff
• Collaborate on marketing, service bundles, and seasonal promos
• Maintain deep knowledge of skincare products and wellness services
