- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth
- Attract and retain clients through excellent communication and follow-ups
- Upsell skincare treatments and spa services based on client needs
- Train, motivate, and guide front desk or sales support staff
- Collaborate on marketing, service bundles, and seasonal promos
- Maintain deep knowledge of skincare products and wellness services
- Track KPIs, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize performance
