Part-Time Social Media Coordinator
Skin and Aesthetic Centers | Montclair, NJ | Part time, 16 to 22 hours per week | Hybrid, in-office in Montclair for filming, remote for editing and posting
About the role
We are looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to create and post content for our Montclair aesthetics practice. You will film short videos with our providers, edit them, keep our accounts active, and respond to the people who message us. You will work with our practice manager and providers, who will guide the content and the specials, and you will handle getting it made and getting it out.
What you will do
You will film short-form video with our providers on site in Montclair, three videos per provider each cycle, and edit them into finished posts, reels, and stories. You will post at least five times a week across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using a scheduling tool. You will check our inbox and comments at least five days a week, reply to questions, and pass appointment requests to the front desk. You will put together graphics and captions for marketing specials the practice wants to run. You will follow our patient consent and HIPAA process for anything featuring a patient, including before-and-after photos, and you will check with the practice manager before posting anything you are unsure about.
What we are looking for
You have at least one year of social media experience for a business, or a personal account that shows you know how to shoot and edit short-form video. You are comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools and can produce a finished reel on your own. You are easy to work with on camera and can help a provider feel comfortable being filmed. You write clear, friendly captions and take direction well. You are reliable about being in the office on filming days and keeping to a posting schedule. Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare is a plus but not required. We will train you on our consent and compliance process.
Schedule and pay
Part time, 16 to 22 hours per week, with one to two days on site in Montclair for filming and the rest flexible and remote.
Salary : $18 - $20
