Inventory & Logistics Analyst

We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for an eCommerce Analyst to join us in advancing the industry forward. 

SKIMS is looking for an Inventory and Logistics Analyst who will support the related operational processes within the Technology team. This individual will be responsible for managing integration data between our 3PL and internal systems across our various sales channels. This role will work closely with the Operations team to ensure proper handling of transactions/inventory moving in and out of our 3PL network.

Responsibilities:

·       Managing all integration data between our OMS, 3PL, and ERP systems on a daily basis.

·       Managing any backorder, inventory, or shipping concerns.

·       Monitor inventory feeds from 3PL to ensure all data transmissions are received and accurately reflected within downstream systems

·       Ensure all systematic fulfillment messages are received in all systems and troubleshoot when necessary

·       Manage inventory adjustment messages between warehouse on projects requiring accounting alignment.

·       Work closely with the 3PL team on outbound order troubleshooting, DTC Returns and/or special projects.

·       Provide weekly report on any issues being faced by our inventory and order processes

·       Partner with operations team on facilitating any changes to existing processes or the creation of new SOPs.

·       Engage with Customer Service on active issues and action when necessary.  Partner with the Product team to ensure issues are documented, tracked, and ultimately resolved.

Experience and Requirements:

·       1-2 years hands on experience working within NetSuite, generating reports managing documents.

·       Experience with multi-subsidiary company structures

·       Strong analytical skills with exceptional Excel skills

·       Experience with managing/analyzing inventory and ecommerce orders within multiple integrated systems

·       Strong functional experience in one or more areas: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay

·       Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail

·       Experience with Shopify E-Commerce platform preferred.

·       Experience with Celigo or other integration platforms a plus

·       Experience with high volume e-commerce and retail companies a plus

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
