About Skillz Physical Therapy

Skillz is a privately owned outpatient clinic in Evanston, Illinois that serves patients in Evanston and the North Shore area . We’re known for our PinPoint Evaluation, a disciplined approach that identify and treat the drivers of pain and movement limitation.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients using our PinPoint Evaluation framework and your own clinical experience.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on what you find, then explain those findings clearly to each patient.
Educate patients on findings, goals and progress; adapt care based on patient response.
Document accurately and on time; collaborate with the team to support outcomes.

Requirements

Licensed PT in Illinois or eligible.
Outpatient orthopedic experience; strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills.
Confident in communication and professional documentation.

Preferred

5 years of outpatient experience; experience with active adults, post‑op rehab, sports, recurring pain or complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000. Benefits include PTO, healthcare, vision, dental, 401(k) match, CEU support, continuing education, bonus opportunities and performance incentives.
