About the Role
This is a full‐time physical therapist position in our outpatient orthopedic practice. You will:
- Evaluate active‐adult and orthopedic patients using our PinPoint Evaluation and your clinical judgment.
- Identify the drivers of pain through differential diagnosis; build and progress individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on findings, goals and progress; adapt care based on patient response.
- Document accurately and on time; collaborate with the team to support outcomes.
This role is designed for a physical therapist who:
- Can independently evaluate, explain, treat, reassess and adjust.
- Enjoys working with patients and appreciates the challenge of figuring out what has been missed.
- Values clinical reasoning and can justify treatment choices based on what you find, not on habit.
- Is comfortable communicating findings to patients and giving them a clear picture of what to expect.
- Takes responsibility for documentation, follow‐through and professional accountability. Our environment rewards people who are organized and dependable.
Requirements
- Licensed PT in Illinois or eligible.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience; strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills.
- Confident in communication and professional documentation.
Preferred
- 5 years of outpatient experience; experience with active adults, post‐op rehab, sports, recurring pain or complex cases.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000. Benefits include PTO, healthcare, vision, dental, 401(k) match, CEU support, continuing education, bonus opportunities and performance incentives.
