This role offers a competitive compensation package with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $100,000–$150,000, structured as a 50/50 split between base salary and variable commission. This salaried position requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. More senior candidates may apply but note that the salary for the position has been set at the range listed.

How Will You Make An Impact
- Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in a complex SaaS environment
- Use data-driven prospecting techniques (“the Science”) to consistently create healthy pipeline
- Guide prospects through a structured evaluation journey (“the Transition & Curation”)
- Build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships that lead to successful closing (“the Artform”)
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
- Maintain accurate, disciplined activity and organization in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Work toward clear weekly production and performance metrics, while focusing on thoughtful, high-quality conversations that create real value for prospects
- Seek continuous feedback, coaching, and opportunities to level up your craft
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or relationship-based roles (SaaS experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Exposure to a complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Comfort working in a metrics-informed environment, with support and coaching along the way
- French is an asset but not required to catch this wave.
