We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have experience working with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate with business teams, developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Work closely with teams to resolve blockers and issues
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Support Agile/Scrum processes when required
- Use project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience managing IT or software development projects
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Skills:
- PMP, CSM, or related certification
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Salesforce or cloud-based projects is a plus
