Senior Environmental Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a motivated Senior Environmental Construction Project Manager to work on our civil remediation projects in Northern California. The office is located in Concord, CA, with travel as needed.
Senior Environmental Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities
Manage environmental projects in the Northern California area.
Train and mentor other Project Managers.
Create and maintain project schedules in MS Project.
Tracks P&L performance and costs.
Detect and mange change conditions.
Manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Weekly progress meetings with clients.
Full ownership of client monthly progress payments.
Project submittal creation for client approval.
Find any project discrepancies.
Submit RFI’s to client.
Manage compliance with safety protocols to ensure project safety.
Follow Quality Control Plan(s).
Environmental Construction Project Manager Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental construction project management
HAZWOPER certification
Knowledge of OSHA standards, industry best practices, equipment, and QA/QC procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Degree in Engineering (preferred)
Valid driver’s license required
Willingness to travel
Compensation & Benefits
$140k-$160k, depending on experience
