We are currently hiring Concrete Finishers for projects in West Memphis, AR and the Memphis, TN area. This role requires experience with forming, tying rebar, and finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results. Epoxy experience a plus! This position is 40 hours a week with Pay up to $25 DOE. Concrete Finisher Responsibilities:
- Set and align forms to the desired ed shape and grade
- Prep surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper form placement
- Tie rebar and assist with reinforcing concrete structures
- Assist with mixing, pouring, placing, and leveling concrete
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds)
- Perform edging, joint cutting, and curing of concrete
- Apply curing compounds and surface treatments to protect and enhance concrete
- Ensure finished work meets quality standards, specifications, and local codes
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Work collaboratively with team members and other trades to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Concrete Finisher Qualifications:
- 1 years of concrete finishing experience (commercial preferred)
- Must be able to form, finish, and tie rebar
- Experience with pouring, finishing, floating, and edging concrete
- Knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and curing processes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Epoxy flooring experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must have your own hand and basic power tools
