Currently hiring for carpenters and carpenter helpers for on-going commercial projects in Charlottesville, VA. Pay is $20 - $26 per hour based on skill set and experience.
Carpenter Helper Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials
- Building and installing structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and cabinets
- Framing, trim work, and finishing
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborating with other trades and team members
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 1 years carpentry experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus but not required
- Mechanically inclined
- Must have your own tools
- Your own reliable transportation
- PPE
