We are hiring Blade Repair Technicians to support wind turbine blade maintenance and repair projects throughout the Southwest. This role focuses on performing composite repairs and assisting in maintaining turbine blade integrity on active job sites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform fiberglass and composite repairs on wind turbine blades
- Assist with blade inspections and damage assessments
- Prepare surfaces, mix resins, and apply repair materials
- Follow established repair procedures and safety guidelines
- Support lead technicians and work as part of a team
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
- 1–3 years of blade repair or composite experience preferred
- Ability to travel and work in TX, NM, and AZ
- Ability to work extended hours (up to 60 hours/week)
- Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
