Pay: Up to $25/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to lead and support daily landscaping operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–10 years of landscaping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to safely drive a 16-foot box truck.

Job Duties

• Lead and assist with daily landscaping projects and crew activities.
• Drive and operate a 16-foot box truck safely.
• Help install plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and soil.
• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment.
• Communicate with management regarding job locations, work orders, and daily assignments.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and according to instructions.
• Assist the crew with general landscaping tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of landscaping experience required.
• Previous experience as a Landscape Crew Leader preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a 16-foot box truck.
• Must have own transportation to get to work.
• Must have own landscaping tools.
• Clean background required.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow work orders.
