HIRING HANDYMEN – IMMEDIATE START
We are hiring experienced Handymen for commercial apartment renovations and turns.
Requirements:
- 3 years of commercial handyman experience
- Experience with apartment renovations/turns
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own transportation and tools
- Available to start immediately
Job Duties:
- Post-construction cleaning and move-in-ready preparation
- Changing light fixtures, outlets, and faucets
- Interior painting
- Flooring installation, including vinyl and planks
- Carpentry work
- Adjusting/replacing doors and installing door hardware
- Installing baseboards
- General handyman and apartment turnover tasks
Pay:
- Ewing, NJ: $18/hr
- Somerset, NJ: $20–$23/hr
- Annapolis, MD: $23–$25/hr
Job Type: Full-Time, 1099
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Payment: Weekly through payroll
