Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Positioning and securing rebar (reinforcing bars) or wire mesh in concrete forms to create a skeletal structure.
- Fabrication: Cutting and bending rebar using machinery and hand tools.
- Fastening: Tying, welding, or clipping rebar into place using wire fasteners or pliers.
- Blueprint Reading: Following engineering plans to ensure the correct spacing and placement of steel.
