Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Interview and screen qualified candidates for construction and skilled trades opportunities
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records
- Support daily office and operational functions
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
- Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, resume review, and candidate sourcing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional phone and office etiquette
