Job Duties
- Perform residential and commercial carpentry work from framing through finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and measurements
- Perform rough framing, walls, floors, roofs, and structural carpentry
- Install doors, windows, trim, molding, cabinets, and other finish materials
- Complete interior and exterior finish carpentry as required
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work independently while following project specifications and schedules
- Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Frame-to-Finish Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Proficiency with common carpentry hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus, but training is available
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Ability to pass a standard pre-employment screening, if required by the job site
