We’re currently hiring Sitework Laborers in Manchester, NH for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with a respected contractor.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with site clearing, grading, excavation, and general sitework
- Help install underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
- Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction
- Assist with foundation preparation and site development
- Operate hand tools, power tools, plate compactors, and other jobsite equipment
- Dig, move materials, and perform general labor as needed
- Load, unload, and transport materials around the jobsite
- Assist equipment operators and other tradespeople with daily sitework
- Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred
- Underground utility, pipe installation, excavation, or dirt work experience is a plus
- Basic heavy equipment experience is a plus
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on uneven terrain
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire
- Union operators contract available; this position is focused on general sitework and labor
