Your Leadership Impact
Clinical & Operational Excellence
Lead, direct, and oversee all functions of the Nursing Services department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Develop and implement clinical programs that promote quality outcomes and resident-centered care
Monitor and guide nursing practices to ensure consistency with policies and best practices
Participate in admission decisions, helping ensure appropriate placements and quality care planning
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and professionalism
Provide coaching, feedback, and when necessary, implement corrective actions in alignment with policies
Build a strong, collaborative team environment grounded in respect, communication, and excellence
Quality & Compliance Leadership
Lead and participate in QAPI and performance improvement initiatives to continuously elevate care standards
Ensure readiness for surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
Address resident concerns, family feedback, and clinical issues with urgency and professionalism
Participate in leadership meetings to review census, clinical changes, and operational priorities
On-Call & Leadership Presence
Participate in an on-call rotation, providing clinical and operational leadership after hours
Respond to urgent situations involving staffing, resident care, or compliance concerns
Serve as a trusted resource and decision-maker for nursing staff at all times
What You Bring
Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, clinical standards, and nursing operations
Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance
Current CPR certification
