Position Summary
The Marketer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships within the community, driving census development, and promoting our skilled nursing services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare marketing, skilled nursing admissions, business development, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners
Conduct on-site and community-based marketing to promote services
Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and leadership teams on census strategies
Track referral trends, marketing outcomes, and conversion data
Represent the facility at community events, outreach programs, and professional meetings
Provide tours, assist with inquiries, and support the admissions process as needed
Maintain a professional, positive, and results-driven presence in the community
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing, admissions, business development, or related healthcare role
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of community relations, healthcare referral sources, and local provider networks
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet measurable goals
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
