Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee all aspects of our facility's operations. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker, an inspiring team leader, and a compassionate advocate for residents and their families.
The Administrator will ensure the smooth and efficient management of the facility, including regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff development, and the delivery of exceptional resident care. This role also involves serving as the primary liaison between the facility, residents’ families, the governing board, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities: As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will:
Provide overall leadership and direction to the facility, ensuring operational excellence and the highest standards of care.
Oversee regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, maintaining survey readiness and fostering a culture of accountability.
Develop and manage the facility’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability through effective cost management and revenue generation.
Recruit, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a positive and supportive workplace culture that prioritizes professional growth and collaboration.
Work closely with clinical staff to ensure residents' individualized care plans are implemented effectively, meeting both physical and emotional needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents’ families, addressing concerns with empathy and ensuring open lines of communication.
Represent the facility in the local community, building partnerships and enhancing the reputation of Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have:
A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (a master’s degree is strongly preferred).
Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare management, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, as well as survey processes.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing resources.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community.
