Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a civil/structural engineering team
• Oversee product development, testing, and documentation
• Provide technical expertise to customers and internal teams
• Support sales and marketing with engineering resources
• Build customer relationships and drive commercial strategy
• Guide department KPIs and revenue goals

Qualifications

• PE or SE license required
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• 8 years in structural/geotechnical engineering
• Expertise in soil mechanics, deep foundations, and building construction
• Experience leading technical teams
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, and structural materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Occasional travel in U.S. and Canada
