**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process a high volume of customer applications and associated documentation for distributed energy resources, including solar photovoltaic and battery storage systems up to 5MW.
* Meticulously review all paperwork and applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
* Submit all necessary documentation in a timely and organized manner.
* Conduct thorough service determinations by evaluating work requests for new distributed energy resource interconnections.
* Utilize proprietary software applications and advanced mapping systems to assess service requirements and guide project progression accurately.
* Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures throughout every stage of the application and interconnection process.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams to triage work requests and ensure projects move forward efficiently from initial submission to completion.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
* Exceptional multi-tasking ability with a high degree of attention to detail.
* A strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* An engineering background.
