Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive administrative support, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or industrial environments.
- Proven experience managing C‑level or senior leadership calendars, including complex scheduling and cross‑functional coordination.
- Demonstrated success in email management, creating prioritization structures, and filtering communications for executive decision‑making.
- Strong background in organizing executive logistics, including travel, plant tours, lunch arrangements, conference room setups, and visitor coordination.
- Experience preparing agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and documenting action items for leadership meetings.
Technical & Software Skills
- Highly tech‑savvy—comfortable adopting new tools and improving digital workflows.
- Proficient with:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Calendar and scheduling systems
- Virtual meeting platforms
- Document creation and collaboration tools
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support a digital‑first work environment.
- Strong data management and organizational skills for handling files, documents, and email systems.
- Communication & Organizational Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft professional correspondence and summarize complex information.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a proactive approach to identifying needs before they arise.
- Confident coordinating with cross‑functional teams, external partners, and visiting executives.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Operational & Administrative Skills
- Skilled in prioritizing daily activities, managing deadlines, and keeping the Plant Manager informed of urgent issues.
- Capable of independently managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting onboarding of visitors and ensuring all logistics are seamlessly executed.
- Ability to track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments made by the Plant Manager.Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in: Business Administration, Industrial Operations Communications
- Management
- Or a closely related field
- Additional certifications valued (not required):
- Executive Assistant certification
- Project Management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP)
- Advanced Microsoft Office certifications
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
