- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback, ensuring timely responses and insights.
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on analytics from Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to target audiences effectively while monitoring ROI.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve website visibility and implement strategies for e-commerce platforms when applicable.
- Support relationship management by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and nurturing community interactions across all channels.
Qualifications
